We offer a complete line of Vibratory and Centrifugal Feeder Systems which can include Elevating Pre-Feeders, Bulk Hoppers, Conveyer Hoppers, Linear Feeders, Conveyer Inline, Machine Base with an optional fully welded frame with supporting cross-members and leveling feet. Also, each Photo Sensor (if equipped) is mounted  on an independent stand. This not only allows for easier detection of your product but extends the life of the sensor. 

 

All of our Feeders  are constructed of 304 Stainless Steel. Hardened steel blades are used as needed at our discretion or at our customer’s request. All of our Vibratory Feeders come with a Dual-Coil drive unit as a standard feature. Certain parts require that more attention be given to their ability for wear on the running surfaces, in these instances we offer a durable Urethane coating. This coating can also reduce the noise level of the feeder, but to reduce noise even more we offer a sound enclosure with hinged panels for easy access.
